Terms and Condition For Business Card Prize Draw

 

1. Upon giving us your details, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw. Please note that upon giving us your details your details will automatically be registered for news and offer updates.  In order to unsubscribe to any news and offer updates please click on the unsubscribe link contained within any email correspondence that you receive from us.

2. Winners must be over 16 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees of H Group (International) Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.

3. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received.

5. You can enter without registering or making a purchase on the website by sending your name, e-mail and postal address to H Group (International) Limited at PO BOX 1191, Lincoln, LN5 5JZ.

6. The prize draw will take place after the exhibition and the winner will be notified within 14 working days.  

7. The winner will be contacted directly by H Group and will be asked for an accurate and up to date mailing address.

8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the draw date.If we do not receive a response from the winner within 7 days then we will select another winner from the details that we have been given.

9. The prize will be posted out to the winner within 7 days of receipt of a response

10. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

11. H Group will not take responsibility for any lost prizes - replacements cannot be issued.

12. If you are a winner, the Promoter may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

Reward Card Terms & Conditions

 

• Use of reward card implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use

• Customers must present reward cards upon purchase to receive the appropriate number of stamps.

• Stamps will not be issued without the presentation of reward card

• One stamp per customer per noodle box

• Stamps must be collected concurrently

• This offer will not be offered in conjunction with any offer

• Stamps are not to be carried over to other cards – offers and rewards will be issued according to the rewards card presented

• Offers only to be received on the date of stamps 3,6 and 8

• When redeeming the last stamp, staff will retain rewards card

• The rewards card is not transferrable for cash or other products

• One free noodle box per card will be offered

• Once the noodle box has been redeemed a new card will be issued

• Noodle box will be of regular size, with choice of one meat

• Yo Yo Noodle reserves the right to revoke the offer at any time

• The reward card is issued by and remains the property of Yo Yo Noodle.

• Yo Yo Noodle reserves the right to alter any aspect of the terms and conditions.

 

Deal of the day & Happy Hour Vouchers Terms & Conditions

 

• Any customer entering the store with a Deal of the day or Happy Hour voucher implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

• Any vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers

• Customers must present the vouchers before payment to receive the appropriate offer
